Zanda is a welcoming, family-centred allied health service supporting children and families across Melbourne. We’re opening a limited number of beautifully furnished rooms for like-minded professionals at our Ivanhoe and Macleod hubs.
Both spaces are purpose-built for paediatric therapy — vibrant, professional, and child-friendly. Practitioners often comment that our rooms feel warm, calm, and homely — not clinical.
Perfect for:
Speech Pathologists, OTs, Psychologists, Social Workers, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Paediatricians, and other paediatric or NDIS-focused clinicians.
We’re open to cross-referral and multidisciplinary collaboration, with a large base of paediatric clients across both locations.
Room Availability
Ivanhoe (95 Marshall St) – Tues, Wed, Mon PM, Fri AM, Thurs AM
Macleod (159 Greensborough Rd) – 1 full room (Mon–Fri); others: Mon PM, Wed, Thurs

Fully furnished, soundproofed, child-friendly therapy rooms
In-room and garage storage (subject to availability)
Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, and maintenance
Shared kitchen, bathroom, and client waiting area
On-site and street parking
Rear disability access
Printer/scanner access
Staffed reception at both sites
Optional listing on Zanda’s website and referral pathways
Rates:
$100–$150/day (based on number of days and length of term)
Flexible month-to-month or longer-term options available.
Optional Admin Support Package
Includes bookings, cancellations, invoicing, diary management and business support (charged at 10–15% of revenue). Or simply rent and operate independently.
