Little Speech Corner is a small, friendly Speech Pathology clinic seeking a paediatric allied health professional to rent a room in our warm and inviting space for children and families.
We value working as a team and would love to welcome another like-minded therapist into our clinic.
Location: 173 Wellington Street, Flemington 3031.
The room is available for 2 days per week up to full-time, and would suit an Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Dietitian, or other allied health professional working with children and families.
The clinic room features:
- Spacious (3.5 x 4.8m), light-filled room with period features
- Fully furnished including rug, desk with hutch storage, cupboards, adult chairs, paediatric table and chairs (Furnishing negotiable if you prefer your own setup)
Lease includes access to:
- Shared waiting area
- Wi-Fi
- Kitchen and bathroom facilities
- Heating and cooling
- All utilities and outgoings included
Weekly rental rates (+ GST):
2 days: $300
3 days: $420
4 days: $480
5 days: $500
