This is an opportunity for practitioners to operate their own independent practice within a thoughtfully designed, grounded and supportive environment. The project is a considered expansion of an existing clinic in Camberwell.

The space is being developed as a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment for practitioners offering client-centred care, including osteopathy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, psychology, massage, naturopathy, nutrition, acupuncture, personal training, and other complementary or body-based therapies.

The focus is on creating a low-stimulation, professionally considered environment that supports focus, presence and high-quality care. The intention is to support a well-paced way of working, allowing practitioners to do their best work sustainably.

How it works
Practitioners operate independently, managing their own clients and bookings within a shared, practitioner-led environment.

Options include:
• Dedicated rooms (full-time) from $400/week + GST
• Sessional (fixed weekly days) from $100 half day / $130 full day + GST
• Adhoc use (hourly, half or full day) from $35/hour + GST
