Universal Athlete Centre West is located 3-minutes from the Boundary Road exit, with main road exposure on Fairbairn Road. We are a rapidly growing business, with our increase in performance-focused athletes requiring treatments and referrals.
The 3.2 x 3.2 room is located upstairs in our air-conditioned Recovery space. The room has ventilation, and both electric and natural lighting from the full window wall.
It is currently available 7 days a week, we are flexible in terms of cost/lease arrangements
Utilities will be included in the cost at a super competitive rate.
You will have access to the gym and recovery facilities as required, at no extra cost, making it a huge value add to your services. Your clients can also benefit from our services at a cost.
We cater to a lot of athletes, having various Strength & Conditioning and Basketball coaches in-house, as well as a Physiotherapist located in another room.
